This machine features the fiber laminating hot-melt coating technology,which ensure that the hot-melt adhesive is coated uniformly onto the base material as fine fiber and that the two layers of base materials(PE film, SMS non-woven) are firmly bonded with each other, with outstanding air permeability. This machine enjoys extensive applications in the production and lamination of medical insulation clothes, filters, baby diapers,and disposable table cloths.

1.Glued fiber delicate,uniform and high degree of automation, PLC control the temperature of hot melt glue.

2.Magnetic device of unwind, and automatic tension controller.

3.Unwind with elasticity adjust device ,web guide system.

4.Center rewind with magnetic device,semi-automatic tension controller.

5.Transducer controller,air expanding shaft for unwind and rewind. 

6.Rewind with cut device.

7.Machine frame is steel structure, side with cover piece, surface spray with plastic.
